What to include in your enquiry
A quotation is only as good as the information behind it. The lists below cover what we need for each business group. If you do not have all of it yet, write anyway and we will work through the gaps with you.
Cryogenic equipment
- The medium: liquid nitrogen, oxygen, argon, carbon dioxide or LNG
- Average and peak consumption, and the pressure needed at the point of use
- Available space, foundation and access at the installation site
- Country of installation, so the applicable pressure equipment rules can be identified
- Whether you are open to pre-owned or rental options as well as new equipment
Industrial gases
- Which gases, at what purity grade, and the application they serve
- Monthly volume and how consumption varies through the year
- Current supply format: cylinders, bundles, dewars or bulk
- Delivery location and any site access restrictions
- Whether certificates of analysis or pharmaceutical documentation are required
Steel products
- Grade and standard, for example 316L to EN 10088 or P265GH to EN 10028-2
- Dimensions, thickness, tolerance class and surface finish
- The EN 10204 certificate type your design code requires, 3.1 or 3.2
- Quantity and whether this is a one off project or recurring supply
- For dished ends: diameter, thickness, profile and straight flange, or the vessel drawing
Textile
- Tech pack or design, with measurements and construction details
- Quantity per style and colour, and the number of styles
- Fabric requirement, or whether you want us to source it
- Target delivery date and the retail calendar it has to meet
- Any compliance standard your buyer requires, such as OEKO-TEX or GOTS
Trade and sourcing
- Product specification and the quality standard it must meet
- Volume, target cost and expected delivery timing
- Whether you are sourcing into a market or exporting out of one
- Destination country, which determines documentation and duty treatment
- Your preferred Incoterms rule and payment method, if already decided
Business advisory
- The decision the work needs to support, stated as plainly as you can
- The market or markets in question
- What you have already looked at internally
- Your timeline for the decision
- Whether you want analysis only, or support through implementation
What happens after you write
We keep this short. Most enquiries do not need a meeting before a first useful answer.

Acknowledgement
We confirm we have your enquiry and tell you who is handling it. We usually reply within one business day.

If anything material is missing we ask for it directly rather than sending a vague quotation that has to be redone.

Quotation or proposal
You receive pricing and lead time for supply enquiries, or a scoped proposal with a defined deliverable for advisory work.

An honest answer either way
If your requirement falls outside what we can genuinely handle, we say so and, where we can, point you somewhere better.
Before you write
How quickly will I get a reply?
We usually reply within one business day. A full quotation can take longer where it depends on a supplier or mill coming back to us, and in that case we will tell you when to expect it rather than leaving you waiting.
Can you quote if I do not have a full specification yet?
Yes. Send what you have. A large part of our work is helping buyers arrive at the right specification, and an early conversation usually costs less than correcting a specification after an order is placed.
Do you supply to my country?
We trade across Europe, Asia and the Middle East from Istanbul. Tell us the destination country and we will confirm whether we can serve it properly, including the documentation and any import requirements that apply.
Is there a minimum order size?
It varies by business group. Textile production has minimums per style and colour, and mill direct steel becomes economical only above certain tonnages. We will say openly when a requirement is below the point where we can add value.
Will my enquiry be treated confidentially?
Yes. Commercial information you share stays confidential and we do not publish customer names or transaction details. A non disclosure agreement can be signed before any detailed discussion.
Do you work with agents and intermediaries?
Yes, provided the structure is transparent to all parties. We agree how we are paid before work begins, and we expect the same clarity in return.
